Brittney: Senior Portraits

Today was wonderful! I had a shoot with this wonderful young lady Brittney. She was extremely easy to work with and absolutely gorgeous. She plays softball and basketball at one of the local high schools.

She was one of the first portrait sessions that I didn't previously know. Being nervous for the day, it went so much better than I could ever hope. I managed to get quite a few awesome shots.

Ah, loveee it. :] She was so amazing.

Mark and Kellie, & Taylor

Last weekend I had the opportunity to take one of my best friends senior pictures and her mom Kellie, just recently had gotten engaged so I was able to take their engagement photos as well.

To say the least, we had a BLAST. We stayed very local and went to a train depot which was wonderful. Also, we went to a museum, the outside was perfect! I managed to get some amazing shots of them. They were wonderful to work with and so much fun. On new years eve, I'll be shooting their wedding. Kellie and Mark are amazing, AH :]

Taylor is one of my best friends, and she is so talented. I managed to snag a few sweet pics of her and guitar Alice! We went down near train tracks and had a fun time. It was nice to have friend time, shoot, and just have plenty of fun. :]

I lovedddd this, I was so nice just to hang out and have fun.
I can't wait for the wedding!

Passion and God with a little bit of music.

I went to this amazing rock show last night that included BarlowGirl, Superchic[k], Vota, and Lucrezio. All of them performed at their best and were definately fueled by God. It was definitely apparent in every lyric they sang.

The night started off with a Q&A with BarlowGirl and Superchic[k].

At the end, included VIP pictures with them. How nice of them!! :]

The first band up was Lucrezio they were on fire! Also, they were representing Chicago, which is always a plus.

Then came Vota, who definitely rocked the house with a heart felt story from the lead singer.

Alas, Superchic[k] came busting in and rocked the house. They sang beautifully and really got through to the audience with their story and love for God.

Finally, BarlowGirl had their time to shine. Heart felt stories and passionate music, they had by far outdone themselves this time. They always really get to me and dig deeply with their words. The girls had their prayer team come in from their church back at home. The only thing I can say about that, is wow. SO amazing and life changing, and such an intense moment to cap off the night.

Thoroughly in love with each of these bands and their passion and love for God.
Such powerful leaders and truth to God's truth.
